Our Code Services & Boiler Repair Division (C.G. Johnson Boiler Co. Est. 1915) adheres to the most stringent standards, following our approved Quality Control Manual which establishes that all Code requirements including materials, workmanship, examination and inspection will be met. We have a full-time Quality Control Manager who implements and monitors this QC program.
Boilers restored to original Code of Construction.

Complete Services for heat exchangers, economizers, chillers, deaerators, feedwater heaters, intercoolers and aftercoolers.
Includes: retubes, tube bundle replacement, shell repairs or complete unit replacement.

Complete stock of all common boiler and burner parts, including: but not limited to handhole and manhole gaskets, tricocks, level controls, low water cutoffs, gauge glass and gaskets, flame safeguard controls (Honeywell & Fireye).
Complete parts catalog available upon request.

Coordinate w/Insurance & Jurisdictional Inspectors for cost effective, and scheduled shutdowns to minimize downtime interruption.
Open boilers (waterside & fireside) for inspection.
Pressure wash waterside. Brush and clean fireside.
Provide Hydrostatic Pressure Testing.
Regasket and close up unit for operational service.
Provide start-up, tuning, and combustion analysis for peak efficiency.

Our Code Services & Boiler Repair Division (C.G. Johnson) provides emergency Boiler and Pressure Vessel repairs 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to minimize your costly boiler downtime.

For major repair work & unscheduled boiler downtime events, we have a fleet of temporary, portable boilers available in capacities up to 80,000 Lb/Hr of steam and at high pressure requirements.
Large inventory of used and reconditioned boilers available (in stock) at capacities up to 1500BHP (51,750 Lb/Hr steam) for sale.
Provide complete installation services for Portable Boiler use as well as for replacement boiler installations.
